This website allows users to review the portfolio of work, request session quotes, and purchase available products. The terms and conditions governing the use of the website may be updated periodically, with future effect. Users are encouraged to carefully review these terms before completing any purchase, requesting a quote, or browsing the portfolio.

In the event of system failures, session bookings or purchases may be canceled without prior notice. Clients will be informed promptly once the cancellation has been processed.

 

LIMITATIONS OF USE AND COPYRIGHT

You understand and accept that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, audio and video, or any other element present on this Site (collectively, 'Content') capable of being protected, is property by Aaron Ortega - Nora Productions or its licensors. The use of any content without the express written authorization of Aaron Ortega or its licensors is prohibited, unless some rule or principle (such as fair use or exhaustion) gives you the right to use these contents without authorization and all the content that is generated in the sessions belong to the property of Aaron Ortega for which he has all the right to use the photos taken in the sessions wherever, whenever moment. It is especially prohibited to reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, transmit or copy any material in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Aaron Ortega and / or the corresponding licensor. Copying and distribution of material on this Site is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that all information regarding copyright and other proprietary notices contained in this material is preserved. It is not permitted, without the express written consent of Aaron Ortega, to reproduce any material from this Site or from any other server. Style, Editing, and Delivery Policy

By hiring Noraa Productions' photography services, the client agrees that:

1. Creative Direction and Photographic Style

All photographs and videos are shot under the photographer's artistic and technical vision.

This includes: the use of colors, frames, lighting, composition, model direction, visual style, points of view, and creative decisions during the shoot.

Professional tools and equipment are used, chosen according to the project's standards and the style that characterizes our work.

2. Standard Editing Included

The editing included in each package is of a general and artistic nature and includes adjustments to lighting, color, composition, cropping, and visual style.

Tones, color grading, and applied editing are an essential part of the photographer's style and cannot be customized.

The client agrees that the delivered edit reflects the artistic and visual stamp of Noraa Productions and that this style must be respected.

We do not deliver "neutral editing," nor do we adjust colors or styles according to individual preferences, as this would compromise the visual coherence of the work.

The following are not included in the standard editing: detailed skin retouching, body alterations, clothing modifications, object removal, or complex backgrounds.

3. Optional Advanced Editing (additional cost)

If the client requests specific or advanced edits (such as skin retouching, body swapping, environment correction, object removal, etc.), an additional fee may be charged per image or set of images.

The price will depend on the type of modification requested and the volume of images.

4. Retouching Perception and Aesthetics

In the case of requesting skin or body editing, the client agrees that the retouching will be carried out according to the aesthetic criteria of the photographer.

We strive to achieve a natural and professional result; however, the client's perception may differ due to personal factors, such as physical insecurities or unrealistic expectations, which are not included in the standard delivery.

Out of respect for the integrity of style and professional ethics, no extreme alterations or edits that compromise the essence of the subject are made.

5. Compliance with the Submitted Material

Once the photographs are delivered, the client accepts and agrees to respect the submitted material as the final version, unless additional edits have been previously agreed upon.

No changes or re-edits will be made without explicit agreement and payment.

CONTESTS / PROMOTIONS

Any contest or promotion presented or published on this Site will be governed by the rules that regulate such event or that are described in relation to this event.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Most of the Aaron Ortega - Nora Productions products presented on the Site are available on some pages to be able to purchase those offered In some cases, it may be that the items for sale on the Site do not. The content will be made with the necessary equipment for each requesting project, according to the selected package, final agreement established, it must always be taken into consideration that the policies of the places are not under the control of the production company, therefore if at the time of being on location all the equipment cannot be used, the production company is not responsible for this situation, since it is out of the control of the production company or it is detected that the equipment could receive some damage in case of being used, the equipment is under the responsibility of the contractor if it is damaged, broken, even injuring the people operating the equipment itself.​

The prices that are managed on the Site are indicated in US dollars, VAT not included and are valid and effective only in Mexico.

LOCATION PLACES FOR PHOTOSHOOTS

Please note that these costs (LOCATION FEE) are separate from the photography service fees, and no commission or compensation is received from any of the suggested locations.

For assistance in selecting the most suitable location or for any inquiries, the team is available to provide guidance and help ensure the ideal setting is chosen for your photoshoot.

INVOICE REQUEST

If you need an invoice for your payment, please provide the following details so I can generate it correctly according to Mexican tax regulations:

 

*Full Name or Business Name (The name of the person or company to whom the invoice will be issued)

*RFC or Tax ID (If applicable, your registered tax identification number)

*Billing Address (Your registered fiscal address)

*Email Address (Where you would like to receive the invoice)

*Purpose of the Invoice (Uso de CFDI) (In Mexico, CFDI is the official digital tax receipt. In other countries, its equivalent may be a “Tax Invoice” in the U.S., an “Electronic Invoice” in the European Union, or a document with the necessary tax details according to your country’s regulations.)

* Important: Invoices must be requested within the same month the payment was made, as per Mexican tax regulations, If you require an invoice, please note that our service prices do not include VAT. therefore, when requesting an invoice, an additional 16% will be added to the total price of the selected service.

COLORS

Every effort has been made to accurately represent the editing style and color tones that define the company's visual identity and photographic work. However, final results may vary depending on several factors, including natural lighting conditions at the time of the shoot, individual skin tones (with a firm stance against any form of discrimination), and the display settings of each user's monitor or mobile device.

While the goal is to maintain consistency with the reference images—especially those captured in specific locations—exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed. Nevertheless, the team is committed to delivering high-quality content aligned with professional standards and expertise.

To the extent that this Site contains links to external services and resources, which Aaron Ortega does not control, any questions about these services, resources or links should be directed to the respective owners of such external services or resources.

 

The following rules apply to all links: Aaron Ortega - Nora Productions cannot modify the content, appearance or availability of the linked website. The user is solely responsible for the use of links to external websites.

 

TITLE RESERVATION

I reserve the ownership of the offered until the receipt of all payments in full, by signing the contract there will be no changes and you accept the terms and conditions as well as the stipulations therein.

Bookings

To ensure better organization, provide security for both the client and the photographer, and guarantee high-quality service, a 30% deposit of the total session cost is required via PayPal.

 

This deposit serves to formally reserve the session, securing the date, time, and location agreed upon. The remaining balance must be paid on the same day of the session, upon completion, primarily in cash, or via PayPal again, considering that in this last case ¨PayPal¨, will apply an additional 6% fee on the remaining balance.

 

To confirm your reservation, please send a screenshot of the payment receipt. We are available for any questions or additional information.

In order for sessions or productions to be officially scheduled, at least the deposit established in the contract must be sent, according to the contract for each project. After receiving this, the session will be officially scheduled.

 

REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS OF SESSIONS.

If the cancellation is made 60-30 days in advance, 50]% of the deposit will be refunded.

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, the deposit can be refunded for last-minute cancellations due to health or weather issues at the last minute (minutes before the session), in this way you can have the same 50% refund of the deposit you have made.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you wish to schedule a new session, after any incident, unforeseen event or circumstance, you will have to pay a new deposit to schedule, adding an extra fee if the session is last minute, plus possible extra fees that are necessary according to the type of session, emphasizing that the deposit is not cumulative.

RESENDING PHOTOS AFTER 15 DAYS​

The Google Drive link expires in 15 days. 

This will be the approximate time it will take to download the photos. If the files are not downloaded after this time, we can ship them, but there will be an additional cost depending on the project. Therefore, caution is recommended.

*Resend photos after 15 days - $100-1000 USD

ADDITIONAL PHOTOS BEYOND THE PACKAGE 

If you want more photos in addition to those included in your package, of course they can be edited, but it will be through an extra fee for each additional photo or video.

*Express delivery or complex editing - $40-100 USD

SHOOTING DAY, HOUR, PLACE CHANGE WITH SHORT NOTICE

Applicable if the date or location shoot is changed with less than 48 hours' notice.

*Less than 48 hours - $50 USD

*Less than 24 Hours - 75-350 USD

*Change of location, depending o how contrasting the change is - 25-100USD

​Additional Editing Service

If your photography package does not include skin retouching, background removal of people or objects, body retouching, or other imperfections or details, the cost will be additional. The cost can range from $15 to $200, depending on the type of additional editing desired. The photographer will make every effort to resolve the situation to the best of their knowledge. The photographer is not responsible if the subject is not satisfied with the requested additional content adjustments.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING

If the session is requested on very short notice (same or one day before), an urgent booking fee applies.

*Same day booking or less 24hrs: 100-500USD (Depending on the hours that rest between the reservation time and the session time)

*One day  before booking (48-24hrs before): 50-200 USD (Depending on the space schedule, place, hour)

EXTRA TRAVEL COST

Estimated travel costs depending on the session location, starting from Tulum.

*After Bahía Solimán - $50-$100 USD

*Akumal / Puerto Aventuras / Playa del Carmen - $100-$200 USD

*Mayakoba / Cancún - $300-$500 USD

EXTENDED SESSION-PRODUCTION BOOKING

In the event of postponing the session for an extended period of time without officially scheduling the session with the deposit in advance, the client must pay for the session at the current price, plus any applicable extra fees, depending on the situation. That is, if the session price changes from when it was requested, the price will be adjusted to the highest current price.

PURCHASING RAW CONTENT

If you want the original content of the production or session and the package you chose does not include it, this will have an extra cost. Please quote directly with the team. The cost may vary according to the amount of content to be sent, the way in which you plan to use the content, the disposition in which the content will be kept, among other information. Please note that the content link has a validity period. After the validity period, you will have to pay an extra fee to send the content again. The content will mostly be kept for 3-6 months. After this time, the photos may be permanently deleted from the hard drive or only some photos that you want to have in your portfolio may be acquired on the hard drive.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The way the session is charged is for continuous time and some other factors that may be variable, so that if you want to schedule more time than already agreed, it can be done as long as there is availability, the client accepts the extra costs, is willing to be paid in the correct way (Mainly in cash at the end of the session the balance of the total cost discounting the deposit sent previously, payment methods can be accepted through various platforms, as long as you are responsible for the commissions that said platform charges for making the transactions).
