Secure the date of your photographic session with a 30% deposit, the balance will have to be settled the same day of the session (If the payment is made virtually, you may be charged an extra 5% depending on the method in which you do it).

The content created during the session will be sent in full jpg format virtually through the We Transfer platform, for which you will have to provide an email and indicate what day you want the content to be sent to you since the link that will reach you email expires in 7 days.

You can request your photos for a period of 1 month, after that time open an extra charge for resending.

The best time to take photos is in the morning (7-9) or in the afternoon (4-7) as the light is not strong.

When the sessions are in public places it is best to do the session in the morning (7-9) depending on the place since there may be crowds.

All the content of the basic session is created only with a professional camera, if you want to create another type of special content or include other equipment such as drone, water camera, etc. you can request it, only there is an extra fee for it.

Please have everything prepared in the same way if it is going to be in a special place, give notion about the photographer so that there is no setback or mishaps with the authorities of the place when accessing the facilities and indicate exactly the place, time and give a brief explanation about the surprise.

It´s recommended to be prepared 10 min before the agreed time to avoid setbacks, there is a 10 min tolerance, after that the session time begins and in case of exceeding the agreed time there is an extra charge in the session.

If you want to include video in your session, please specify what type of content you want to create with examples or explained in detail since the price varies according to what has to be done or needed at the time of recording or post production.

 Keep in mind that if you want to go somewhere in Tulum such as: cenote, museum, beach club or some private places, you will have to pay a fee to be able to access without problem, the session does not include a ticket entrance

You have up to two days before to be able to schedule the session in case there is space in the agenda, the deposit of 30% also serves to securely schedule the date since preference is given to the person who schedules the deposit first.
